Difference between signing up and registration

After signing up, we will contact you to confirm your spot and send you the payment details. After your payment is made, your registration is valid.

Please note: If you are transferring from outside the EU, please make sure to cover the full bank costs or use our PayPal account. If we do not receive your payment within the timeframe given in the e-mail, your spot will be given to somebody else. The prices given below are per person.

Online event / upgrade to on-site later...

We have adapted the event to an online event due to the Covid restrictions. Currently, you can sign up for the online event only. If physical dance events at the studio are permitted again in July, we will offer the possibility to upgrade and book one of the limited spots in our studio. There will be a live-stream in any case. For the on-site event (if permitted), we will notify those who have already signed up via e-mail, and also post the update on this website and on social media (follow us on our Hep Cat Club Instagram, Hep Cat Club Facebook, Cirque du Swing Facebook). By upgrading for the on-site event, you agree to check and follow the restrictions in place by the state and local agencies both at your travel origin as well as at the venue and adhere to the rules at our studio. Pictures and videos will be taken during the physical event. By participating, you agree to their use by Hep Cat Club GmbH for marketing purposes (e.g. website, social media).

Live-Stream in any case :)

But even if the classes in the studio are allowed, we will broadcast the event. So you will be able to participate from home in any case via live-stream.
